  ANNETTE IS AN ABSOLUTE DOLL!!! there was a slight misunderstanding with another Starbucks. She went over and beyond to make things right! She is a great asset to Starbucks! Too bad I live on the Westside or I would come see her daily! Many blessings to you Annette!!

  I usually have great experiences with Starbucks. I don't know whether it's the new employees that work there. I made my order and I received my banana nut bread almost immediately. However, my drink order took so long, I felt like I had to check to see if they received it. I'm not sure what order the receive drink orders in. I would think that the orders are fixed in the same order as they are received. The people that ordered after me had gotten their orders and had been gone about 15 minutes already before I had gotten mine. The reason I had gotten for my drink taking so long was there was a lot of mocha orders which wasn't true. I know that because when they call out the drinks, they say the type of drink. I'm going to continue to go to the Starbucks that I usually go to on Phillips. University Blvd Starbucks almost had me late for work. This teaches me to stick with my usual routine.
