  Buyer and sellers beware of Ms. Samantha Joseph. I’ve never met a bigger lire in my intire 34 years of life. The moment I spoke with Samantha on the phone, I knew she wasn’t to be trusted. Settlement fees and other fees are insanely over priced. I’ve called other locations they didn’t even charge half the amount that Stewart Title charged me “Rod Schloth, and Attorneys’ Title Services, to name a few”
  
  For handling the biggest transactions in anyone’s life weather or not your the buyer or a seller, she can really make life difficult. I have bought and sold five homes in my life time and never have I waited six hours to do a closing. She’s unprofessional, completely incompetent, rude, and condescending.
  
  My hopes is Stewart Title Corporate will wake up and realize she needs to go. I’ve already called twice to the Stewart Title in Sarasota, FL and they did nothing but defend her.
  
  We will never use Stewart Title as a closing company again even if it means I cannot buy a home.
