  Customer service was rude, patronizing and arrogant! Young lady insisted that I did not understand the type of service requested, refused to schedule an appointment with Suada, and insisted that I should have been at another business, even though, she also stated that they provide the service. Based on the negative interaction, she ordered me to leave the premises. Not certain if her behavior was discriminatory. But, it's like going to McDonalds ordering a cheeseburger and they refuse and tell you that you really want a chicken sandwich. You think that might cause a problem with the customer! Hmm..

  Suada is such an amazing hairdresser! Everytime i go there I have the most wonderful experience! She does an amazing job on my hair that no one else did!
