  Brought my car here b/c I thought it would be more convenient using my insurer's preferred body shop. Unfortunately, this was not the case as I ended up w/o my car for what amounted to 3 weeks for an estimated 3 day job.
  
  Ill give them an extra star b/c I think the paint work was really good. The paint matched the adjacent panels just fine, as well as the metallic flakes.
  
  However, I feel like this shop's attention to detail & craftsmanship is sorely lacking. Panels were not assembled properly, uneven gaps between the panels, missed bumper clips, bolts were not properly torqued. I found scrapes/scuffs/wear marks were on various exterior and interior parts that appeared on the car that were not there before. IMO, this really is evidence of inexperienced techs, or the techs not taking the time needed to prepare and research the vehicle they were working on to prevent any sort of mishaps from occurring during the repair. These issues ultimately led me to drop off the car off a second time. I have picked up the car again, and this time, about 90% of the issues were resolved.
  
  This was my first experience with this company, and will most likely not deal with them again. I was genuinely disappointed in the quality of work they showed with my vehicle. Once I addressed them with the supervisor, he did "address" them, but not w/o showing me a negative attitude first.
  
  (Funnily enough, I had a coworker w/ a very similar experience w/ the shop located on Sunbeam Ave. He ended up bringing back his truck 4 times).
