  Excellent service.. I had lost my phone and needed a replacement and the employee I delt with had me in and out in less than 45 minutes.

  I had to use my insurance on my Iphone that I accidently dropped. I recieved the new phone and all was good again. Three weeks later my phone had blue lines running through the screen and the screen was shaking really bad. I went into the T-Mobile on Normandy Blvd and inquired on what to do. They told me that it was a software issue and I needed to go back through my insurance, I called my insurance only to find out that I infact needed to take it back to a store because its a warranty issue. I called the corporate store at St. John's Town Center and spoke to Annette who took the time to explain the process and gave me the address and contact numbers of corporate stores closer to me. She was informative and very helpful and compassionate to what I was going through. Not having your phone IS NOT the end of the world, but can be a major inconvience, She also told me she would be there to 4pm if I wanted to come to her store and she would be happy to help me. Great customer service!!!!
