  I am not sure if the positive reviews are legit or not- but this location has some serious issues. When I enrolled my child in Feb of this year - I asked about employee attrition and was told during the tour that the staff in the toddler room had been their a couple years, I went by myself into the room and asked the teacher directly and she said she had been there six months. Then- since February (5 months) my child has been bitten 6 times, 2 of which were unreported. Adding to the growing list of concerns - I came in the center in the middle of the day to drop off some diapers and wipes and saw my daughter in a buggy along with three of her classmates. The director had for the last two weeks been rotating 4 kids out of the class and restraining them in the hall because the classroom wxceeded the state's standards of a 1:6 ratio. I came to drop off my kid around 10:30 am and saw a bunch of her classmates restrained in a buggy. This is after the director assured me that the problem would be addressed. We do not pay money to have our children restrained because you can't staff appropriately.
  
  This whole relationship is one of trust and now the trust is gone and we will be leaving this center. The staff does the best they can but apparently get no support. In my last center the director was hands on and it was not uncommon to find that she had filled in in the classroom. Having a 1:10 teacher to child ratio and rotating for kids out in a stroller for weeks on end is unacceptable.
