  I had an appointment for installation of a hitch. I arrived to find the "manager" not managing. She was setting down using the computer while 2 or 3 customers wandered around looking at boxes etc. She made no effort to assist anyone. I walked over to her desk, sat down across from her for 2 or 3 minutes before she even looked up. She asked me what I needed, I told her I had an appointment to have a hitch installed that I ordered on 6/12. She looked in the computer and asked"did anyone call me to come in" and I said " no one called me to not come in". She then told me that they didn't have my hitch and even if they did they didn't have anyone to install it. I asked her if there was any other place that installed hitches nearby. The place she sent me didn't even do hitches but was very helpful and called another uhaul nearby and I made an appointment for the same hitch I had ordered in June to be installed the next morning on July 8th. What a difference a good manager makes.
