  Contractor for American Home Shield. Did my research on this company and seems that they always diagnose the problem as low freon and a leak. Just so happens the only thing that AHS doesn't cover is Refrigerant. Asked for a second opinion and the second company didn't find a leak and my freon levels are spot on. Everything is working fine. Get the second opinion from AHS.
