  Don't let some of these reviews fool you. If you were being watched like a hawk from Joann it was most likely you were doing something wrong. Furthermore, there is a new property management associa (not sure if they will be any better, remains to be seen) and it's condo complex so order has to be maintained, she was just doing her job.
  If your place is infested with roaches. It's most likely your fault. The complex is spayed frequently, its Florida and on the water, so expect some critters once in awhile. I don't have an issue because I spray my place on the inside.
  The Venetian is a great place to live with a lot of amenities and great people. If your a boater you have great access to the St. John's River right from your back yard.
