  Nobody was able to help me with a prepaid plan problem. And although I can understand the problem, he showed NO sign of acknowledging my disappointment. My daughter and I had been on the phone with a machine most of the day that was a complete nightmare and all he said was that was the way it was. I have been a Verizon customer for some time......and had never had trouble. Yall should be glad of that since I would not be on ur service after what I have been through today.
