  Waited over two weeks for my son's glasses. They stated that the in house lab couldn't make them so they sent them out of state. I called for several days and was told they weren't in yet. I called all day yesterday and their phone just rang a fast busy. I called just now and was told that yes, the glasses have been there. Really? My child has gone without his glasses for 15 days, suffering headaches because y'all are too incompetent to call us and let us know the glasses arrived? How can a store have their phone off all day? His prescription wasn't even that complicated to warrant over two weeks wait time. They stated because he got lighter lenses, that they would send them off. Lesson learned, go elsewhere. They better hope that his glasses are 100% when I pick them up. Customer no service!
