  Every time I come to this bank they have some issue. First time I opened the account they spelled my name wrong. They never fixed it either which has caused issues when I’m entering my card through online payments. Today, I’m just trying to deposit a check and they need to verify my identity and I find out they have my birthdate entered incorrectly also! So they won’t let me use the drive through because of their own mistake. Also, I have never been able to use their app. Always used a bank app before- but with this bank, every time I try to sign up for the app it says I don’t exist! Probably has something to do with all my information they entered in incorrectly! I have made investments with this bank and when I went to withdrawal my investments I was swindled into making a loan instead of just getting my own money back. I’m going to move my business to navy federal credit union.
