  I have not had a service done on my AC unit since it was installed over 6 years ago. I reached out to Waychoff’s on a recommendation from a previous customer and set my service up for today. Shawn came out and really set my concerns at ease. He was nothing short of awesome! He took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, made suggestions and gave me advice on routine maintenance. He did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need or fix anything that didn’t need to be fixed. This was a huge relief for me, as I was concerned that I could be taken advantage of, but Shawn did the opposite, he took great care of me. I would highly, highly recommend Waychoff’s, especially Shawn! Thanks guys, you have a customer for life now!
