    I had the worse experience with this shop. I never met a shop owner so unprofessional. There is only one braider there. She opens when she wants to, and she tells you to come one time and have you waiting for hours. I spent $250 on a style that unraveled within a week and she gave me the run around to fix it, just as other customers complained of. I do not know how this shop is still open. She never told me anything was wrong with the hair I purchased. What she put myself and others through is unacceptable and I don't know how she is still in business.

    I chose this place over Lina because I was being cheap. Achia charges $180 for small Senegalese twist & Lina charge $200. I get to the shop tell them what I want & was told hair inclded was $200. Not once did Fatima mention that over the phone. The mom asked y u don't get ur own hair. I told her I'll pay the $200. She told me it's only $10 for 3 packs & said go get the hair child. I went & when I returned I went to the back to get my hair shampooed which they charge $10 for that. My scalp was 1/2 ass greased & NEVER combed through after I came from under the dryer.
    Fatima started my hair & some young girl came in & took over. My hair is natural so after
    30 mins of my hair being ripped because of the parting I aggressively asked the young lady to add moisturizer to my hair. I was in the chair from 10:30 am til 5:45 pm. Which I was told it'll take 4 hrs.. that's y i kept asking how long because I'm 5 months pregnant & my kids had to be picked up from the after school program... I threw Fatima the money because I had 15 mins to get my babies. It took a couple of days before I noticed how jacked up my hair was & some slipped out. Between work & Dr appointments I was available 1/15/18 I texted. In response I was told it's been 10 days so anything I get done to my hair they'll have to charge. They had the nerve to throw up I had complaints about 2 other African shops which j sent them pics showing my crown was perfect with the other hairstyles. One hairstyle middle slipped because my hair was recently cut short& the other style they parted it TOO big.
    Achia stylist played in my hair. I'll upload pics on Yelp & other websites. I'll see y'all in court cause I can't let y'all get away with taking $190. I'd rather sit in someone kitchen & pay less & look more presentable
