    I'd have given them 5 stars - based on price, quality & timing of work, BUT they didn't show up on the agreed date when I requested an estimate, & didn't call to let me know that they wouldn't be there.

    We did talk about it, Steve owned up to it & lived up to his commitments after - I'll give him a 4.5.
