  The receptionist Dawn is very rude and untrained. When I went to the office window, she simply shoved a clipboard in my face without even looking at me. No words, no eye contact. No "good morning", nothing. No acknowledgement of my presence at all. Obviously I was a nobody to her. I filled out a sheet on a clipboard that asked for my name and check-in time and slid it across the window. Dawn then asked "Date of Birth??" without even looking at me, staring straight at the computer. So rude. Is this how you greet patients????
  
  Judging by the conversation Dawn was having with some other office worker at the front desk, Dawn was too busy preoccupied talking about "Disney fastpasses" to provide me with any eye contact or even utter a "Good Morning".
  
  The nurse who gave me my flu shot was extremely kind and professional, sorry I don't remember the nurse's name. I had no issues with the nurse.
  
  But the experience with Dawn at the front desk was awful. I will have to call in to complain on Monday. I'm not letting this one slide.
  
  I came in on a Saturday when they opened at 8 am, for the flu shot offering, and they weren't busy at all because they just opened and there was only one other patient in the waiting area. So I don't understand why I was treated like that.
