  Excellent, efficient and polite staff. Medical personnel have a good "bedside manner" and make you feel welcome and as comfortable as possible. If there's a wait, they will take your telephone number and call you when you can be seen immediately so you don't have to wait in the lobby. If you do an online reservation, there is no wait when you get there. It's a well run operation staffed by quality, personable people who appear to really care about you.
