  I searched online for a Ford dealership in Jacksonville because my local dealership wasn’t able to provide the deal I needed. Coggin Ford was the first dealership that popped up. I looked at the online inventory… And submitted my phone number for an agent to contact me thinking nothing would ever come of it. To my surprise, Robert contacted me right away. He ask relevant questions to determine my needs and even sent information via email so I wouldn’t waste a trip. Once I selected a vehicle I was interested in, I made the trip to the dealership and in about three hours, I had my new F150 truck. This may not sound spectacular to you… But keep in mind I had been working with my local dealership for over two months with no success! I found Robert to be pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable… And he listened to my needs. It was worth the trip for sure!

  Rafael was great! Not only did he help me and my family through this somewhat tedious process, but he kept us laughing and kept a great smile on his face the whole time. He was patient while we left mid process to go to a soccer game and then returned. And he took his time teaching me all the options before I left to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks Rafael, we love the new Explorer!

  Josh made our first new car buying experience as easy and straight forward as could be. We have owned many cars, but never made the leap into buying a new one. Josh fully explained all of the financing offers, rebates available, incentive offers, and variety of options for getting us the biggest bang for our buck. We knew exactly what we wanted, and Josh did everything he could to match us up with our dream truck. He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the trucks and what would be easiest and cheapest to mix and match to get the optimal truck we wanted. When you need a straight forward, no hassle car buying experience- go to Coggin and ask for Josh!
