  I was just treated like absolute garbage by a women who couldn't understand the concept of first come first serve in the hair salon business. For starters I had to weight till the place opened in which they didn't even open on time. The woman got there about 10 minutes late and then even though I was there 15 minutes before they opened at 9 am. I let this older gentlemen walking with a Cain go ahead of me. As I waited in the lobby for another 15 minutes the stylist ask me to come back at 10:15 because someone else walked in who had an appointment. Are f***** kidding me. It doesn't take 10 minutes to cut my hair. I will never go back and I will tell my 10 family members who go there to never go back. You just lost my business for life. These people have Zero 0000 customer service skills. Especially the little Hispanic woman who can barely speak English.
