  The appraiser was great and the assembly of the new AC unit was good. The guys got what they needed done with little issue. I didn't like that the copper wire is sticking out a lot more than my old unit as it is in the walkway and can catch on something but I was told it shouldn't be bent more. Cost was great and so far our unit is working with no issues.
