  The Gym is an exceptional facility with more than enough equipment, functional space and modalities. It has a great balance for all types of exercise enthusiasts. Group fitness offerings are varied as well along with a very popular bootcamp class. Truly something for everyone at The Gym. As a gym owner myself, I can appreciate the attention to detail, cleanliness and friendly staff. The trainers are focused on their clients yet approachable to everyone. It's nice to see them teaching multi-planer work and functionality-rather than putting clients on machines and counting reps. Very refreshing! Great job Vince and team!
