  Great job on hiring the new maintenance supervisor!
  
  On Tuesday I got home to the new maintenance supervisor cleaning up a mess from a leak that came from my upstairs apartment. I came home today to find my stove re-wired, a new magnetic strip on my freezer, and a new faucet that doesn’t leak! He doesn’t take shortcuts and I am very impressed with him. Things are going to be so much better around here with this kind of work ethic. These are old apartments with lots of space but do have many maintenance issues.
  
  I would also like to mention how you can hear everything your neighbors say and do because of how thin the walls are. I can hear my downstairs neighbor talk in the bedroom, I hear her alarm go off every morning, and I know when they take showers and use the toilet. She can hear us as well and constantly pounds on my door to complain for things like my son dropping his cup on the floor. I would suggest you do not live on the first floor so you won’t hear your neighbors walking around.
  
  Another issue is the illegally parked vehicles at the front gate because people are lazy and refuse to park in actual spots. I wish the front office would take action and call a tow company already.
