  We just had the worst experience at this hotel! When we returned from dinner we climbed into bed only to find what appeared to be menstrual blood on the sheets.....when we went to the front desk they apologized and moved us to another room. When we arrived at our new room we pulled down the blankets and observed holes in multiple places on the sheets and comforter. The girl at the front desk was super nice but didn't have the authority to refund our money so she called the manager. He at first refused to refund any of our money but after arguing did refund 1 of the 2 nights. I understand not refunding if we chose to break the agreement but when you find blood on the sheets in room 1 and holes in the sheets in room 2 I believe that is grounds for a refund!! Beware of this location!!! I only give a 1 star for the location.

  Smoke alarm started beeping at 1:39 this morning. I called the front desk the clerk said there wasn't a smoke alarm in the room. There was. We had to get dressed so he could come check it. He moved us to another room. We got ready for bed again. My husband flushed the toilet. I listened to something run for over 1 hour when I checked the toilet was still running. The man at the desk didn't know what to do ..my husband get the water off so we got to sleep after 3 had to be up at 6 to go to the mayo clinic. I would not recommend this plan e at all
