  Rented equipment one time years ago. When I brought the item back on Monday morning I waited for the place to open because I needed to get to work. I saw people going in the back door and so I went around to see if I could bring the item in. I found the owner sitting there munching on a sandwich. When I said, Hey I need to get to work and couldn't he take the item back? the owner told me to go back out outside and wait like I was supposed to. Needless to say, this was the last time I ever used these people for anything and I know that over the years have spent hundreds of dollars on renting equipment. Even now I need a chainsaw sharpened and saw on google they do that kind of work. Will I take it there? Hell no! Enjoy your sandwich!
