  Extremely long wait time from being checked in to being discharged. I was in there for about 5 hrs only for the doctor to say there was nothing wrong and sent me home with ill fitting leg immobilizer and crutches. If there was nothing wrong why are you giving me these things??? When the claims went through to my insurance it came to a total cost of $6,050. Seriously this is outrageous for services that were slow and really didn't tell me what was wrong with my leg. An urgent care or care spot is your best bet! They don't rob you blind like these so called professionals do!

  Came to this place after an accident. Never saw the doctor. A nurse put a bandaid on my arm and sent me home. Next thing I know, I have bills coming to my house for $1,500+ and collections agencies blowing up my phone.
  
  Stay away from this place. Nothing but crooks.

  As the mother to the patient and not getting there until after she was put in a room I was surprised at the security guard at the front admittance desk. He informed me that I could have a seat in the waiting room and he disappeared for a minute to come back and inform me it was too busy for me to join my daughter. I watched and observed and there did not seem to be a lot of activity in the hallway of the room that she was in and a few people left and a couple was admitted. This led me to question the gentleman as to why both were let through. He informed me that that was because she did not speak English. This was a surprise to me as I had heard part of their conversation and she seemed to understand just fine. I then asked to speak to someone and he refused to go get anybody and held up a comment card and said I could fill this out if I'd like just like everyone else. I proceeded to text my daughter and asked if she was alone in her room, she said yes and when the nurse came in to check her IV she asked if it was okay if I came back and he said yes of course that's just fine! The nurse came to the waiting room and got me like it was no big deal. The security guard just stood there gawking at me! I find him very unprofessional and I might have understood just a little bit if I had looked like something or someone that shouldn't have been there! The medical staff was excellent and very nice and took good care of my daughter but the guard can float.
