  Harley is amazing! I needed help with one of my long term customers and Harley went waaaaaaaaaaay beyond the call of duty to help. This location must really value their customer's satisfaction. As a Federal Airframe and Powerplant mechanic, I value attention to detail and a winning, OUTSTANDING customer experience. With one phone call, my challenge was resolved. My customer was extremely happy. Harley made this a "win-win" experience for everyone.   Be careful in their parking lot. 3 flat tires in two visits. Debris. I had to change the tire at the corner of Jesse and Haines less than 2 blocks from store. Second time 4 months later I get two flats with more debris. This time I had to call a tow truck. You sure can't save money when it costs you more than a 100. visit.
