  I'm not sure why I have been waiting over 10 days for comps on my home value. I can't have anyone offer to buy my biggest asset if it's never listed.
  
  I'm not sure what listing immediately means to some people but if someone has extensive knowledge of a community, pulling comps shouldn't be that hard.
  
  The lack of communication has been absurd. I'm not sure how I should believe this agent will act in my best interest if she cannot even communicate with me.
  
  This does not bode well for the Watson brand. I expect a certain level of detail and professionalism from someone associating themselves with that name.
