  A young attorney with whom I've recently become acquainted and was impressed that she asked me for advice on tax consequences for an estate she was administering, listened taking notes on the recommendations I made given specific answers to questions I asked her.
  
  Her office, like mine, is in Arlington which doesn't mean you have to go to Arlington for a consult. She lives in Mandarin and will arrange to meet you on this end of town.
  
  Elizabeth is bright and personable and has what I call the "IT" factor. IT is a good attitude about the client they serve. The law is the what, you are the who, your needs are the when, where & how. IT has to do with WHY.
  
  Why does she practice law; the answer for her, I believe, is genuine concern for people in general and her clients specifically - i.e. the payment will come because people are happy to pay when they are getting fair value for the economic exchange given up; so, she doesn't dwell on it, she focuses on the client and their needs making the best use and interpretation of law to each clients situation.
