  If I could give negative stars I absolutely would! Never have I been treated so rudely before. Vivian did my fill in with gel polish and pedicure. My gel color is all uneven, u can see through spots, side and top of nails aren't painted and there are bubbles in the paint. Vivian also did my pedicure, she was very rough and I have small cuts on my cuticles on a few of my toes. I understand that mistakes happen so I went back inside and told her what my problem was and she said it was fine and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about!! She didn't even offer to fix them so I just wasted $70, also the paint on my toes is the same way. Horrible, dont waste your money here cause apparently the customers opinions dont matter! I also had a few stones put on two of my nails and not even 2 hours later they are popping off. This place is way over priced and are horrible when it comes to customers opinions cause to them we are wrong no matter what. It's a shame cause I wanted a new nail place near my job but no way will this be it! I will be sticking with Ken at Zen Nail Spa in Orange Park, that place is amazing and much cheaper than PS Nails. PS should stand for poor service cause no one seems to reach out to solve these problems, the owner should be reaching out to the people who write the bad reviews and try to make it right! Dont waste your money or time!!
