  Mr. Settles has misrepresented his situation to his favor. He called to lease a truck and driver for the day. He was told the job was out of the local area of the company and he would be charged 2 hours travel time....FROM THE BEGINNING. He contradicts himself on that fact in his review....first saying he was quoted an hour of travel time....then admitting, later in the review, that he was actually quoted 2 hours travel.
  Also....the length of time it took to load and off-load the material that Mr. Settles ordered was not taken in consideration by Mr. Settles...as the true nature of the material was misrepresented...a load of rock is not the same thing as A LOAD OF BOULDERS ...loading and unloading times are greatly increased by the difficulty in handling material of this size...this fact is CLEARLY demonstrable by his own admission in his review where he stated the first load jammed in the truck bed.
