  The port is very rude and unorganized. Truck drivers will sit there for the longest time and will not move because all the port cares about is getting there stuff done. I have waiting and wasted so many hours there with no pay waiting for the port to straightened out paperwork and to get boxes on and off the trailers. This people in the box we talk to, to check in are rude, having full blown conversations with other people in the same room and not taking care of the drivers so they can get in and out in a timely matter. This port needs to be restaffed or shut down. Some days the lines are over half a mile long to get into the port and these ass do not care how long drivers sit there why BECAUSE THEY ARE PAID BY THE HOUR!!!!!
