  Be very cautious- make sure you keep your receipts! (they like to cash the money orders & act like you never paid) Know that its ALL painted over. The back 2 buildings are nice because they're on the water- but your plumbing will NEVER work properly. Can't trust people who walk around the office with no shoes on.

  Hello, I've been a resident since Nov. 2016! And I can say that I love the ecosystem. I live by the river and it's very quiet and relaxing, very peaceful. I don't have any complaints or problems. The Management (Sara) has been here since it was formally known as (Casa Del Rio) and all I can say is that it's an awesome team. When I need maintenance they are right on it. When I need pest control they are there every Thursday. Other than that I say that if you're looking at Treehouse Apartments you may be making a good choice. Also the Management team will work with you as much as they can.
