  I was helping my Mom to make an appointment with them. They gave us an appointment after 2 weeks . Then on the appointment date she arrived 15 minutes earlier than her appointment with all paper work completed because they have mailed to her the paper work . The staff there refused to accept her saying that she should be here 30 min before her appointment. They didn't feel any mercy toward a 67 years old lady who was wearing her Muslim dress. This opens a discrimination issue against her in providing health care.
