  If I could rate less I would. I'm living on a farm because I lost my home and everything I own to hurricane Irma..they have delivered multiple packages to the farm but then thanksgiving weekend failed to deliver two packages AND failed to leave official notice for one of them and when I drove the 30 minutes to the post office to inquire about the package I was told "I have no idea why it wasn't delivered" and was told that the driver who would be delivering my package was still there but they wouldn't give me my package and I was told it would definitely be delivered today....I put a note in the mailbox asking the driver to PLEASE deliver the package and that I was home...they wrote back on the note "yeah uh don't know where your house is" and did NOT leave an official notice for the THIRD time. I will now be filing an official complaint with usps and will apparently be going to work late on Monday in order to drive to the office AGAIN to inquire about my package. This package had sentimental items in it that have now completely missed the thanksgiving holiday. I'm so beyond disappointed with this facility. Get it together.
