  I contacted A to Z Roll Off because I needed a roll off dumpster to clean out the garage at my parent's house. After getting a quote from them via email, I proceeded to call them not once, not twice, but 5 times in the span of 2 weeks, leaving 2 voice mails with my name, reason for calling, and my cell number. At no point did anyone ever answer the phone, I always just got 'Kelly's voice mail', nor did anyone ever return my calls after leaving said voice mails. I'm a big proponent of using local businesses and not larger chains because I feel it's the right thing to do. However, A to Z has officially lost my business, and I will make sure that any of my friends, including those who own construction firms, are made aware at how little this company cares about customer service. It's a shame when businesses forget that good customer service goes a long way. Don't get me wrong, I would've been more than happy if they had just called me and said; 'hey, we are sorry, we've been swamped, we won't have anything available until this and this date.' My advice, stay as far away from these guys as possible and just go with someone that you know for a fact is reputable.
