  I was told I need deep cleaning (scaling and root planning) for all four quadrants, which will cost $1000 with insurance and $400 without insurance (that's right, if you don't use your insurance you will pay much less, according to them). I asked if I can just do regular cleaning which was my original purpose to come to this place, they said the condition of my teeth are so bad they couldn't do regular cleaning without a deep cleaning at first. I asked them to transfer my X-rays to another facility for a second opinion, they said I have to come to the office to sign a release form (Actually oral consent or email consent would work according to HIPAA). I finally decided to do the deep cleaning here. The entire procedure, scaling and root planning for four quadrants, took 52 minutes. Obviously I did not need a deep cleaning since actual deep cleaning might take much longer time to complete.
  
  I made several mistakes myself by not doing thorough research before determining to do the deep cleaning. I should've insisted to request second opinion. I paid my lessons. I am writing this review in hopes that others will not make the same mistakes as I did - believe in this dentistry.
